Please be aware that this is not a review, as I have never had this figure in hand. The pictures were provided by my good buddy Flo and I have reviewed other versions of this toy, which are are linked below for reference.
Remarks: Beachcomber is a straight-up repaint of Energon Cliffjumper, whom I have previously reviewed. No structural changes to the figure, just a new blue paintjob and a name changed to pay homage to a classic G1 character. He was released rather late in the Energon series and is among the harder-to-find figures because of that. He never appeared in the cartoon under the name Beachcomber, instead being repurposed as Cliffjumper's powered up Super form. He had a short appearance in the Dreamwave Energon comics, where he was portrayed not so much as a peace-loving hippie, but rather as someone always looking to crack a (bad) joke.
