Please be aware that this is not a review, as I have never had these figures in hand. The pictures were provided by my good buddy Flo and I have reviewed other versions of these toys, which are are linked below for reference.

Remarks: Galaxy Force recycled many of the Mini-Con / Micron Teams from Armada / Micron Legend and the Armada Street Speed Team was no different. They were given new colors (bright, primary colors) but retained their (Japanese) names from their original Micron Legend release. While they never appeared in these colors in the Cybertron / Galaxy Force cartoon, multi-colored variants of the original Armada Mini-Cons were used for some Mini-Con crowd scenes for the Armada cartoon.
