The 2002 Castle Grayskull playset was a new playset based on the castle as it was shown in the 2002 cartoon series. Much like the original playset, it could fold together into a kind of carry case, though a slimmer one than the one from the 80s. It had many of the same play features, though, such as the blaster on the turret (with launching missiles), the jaw bridge, the flag, a trap door that led into a jail cell, and a number of weapons that you could outfit your figures with. Unlike the original it featured light and sound action.
The Battle Station playset came out a year later and is basically meant as an attachment to Grayskull. It features another missile launcher on top, as well as a battering ram and a catapult that can "shatter" the gate.
