Please be aware that this is not a review, as I have never had this figure in hand. The pictures were provided by my good buddy Flo and I have reviewed other versions of this toy, which are are linked below for reference.
Remarks: The Noisemaze Mass Production Type (actually Noizumeizu Ryōsan Gata Bājon or ノイズメイズ量産型バージョン), is a straight-up repaint of Galaxy Force Noisemaze, whom I have previously reviewed, just like Universe Ratbat. Unlike Botcon Scourge, no changes have been made to the figure itself, only the colors were changed.
This version of Noisemaze was seen only in flashbacks in the Cybertron / Galaxy Force TV series, where an old recording showed endless swarms of him launched from Planet X and attacked the Giant Planet. Depending on who you ask, Planet X is either the spark-less body of Unicron (possibly the one form the Marvel Comics) or a remnant of the Cybertronian Empire from Generation 2. It's complicated. Anyway, one must assume that all of the MPType Noisemazes were destroyed when Planet X' invasion of the Giant Planet failed and Planet X itself was annihilated by the Giant Planet Cyberkey.
The MPType Noisemaze was available only with the thirteenth, final volume of the Galaxy Force DVD series in Japan. Given that he's supposed to be a troop builder, that probably makes him the most expensive and hard-to-find troop builder ever. I am a huge fan of this mold (hence why I already have three versions of it), but personally that particular version here was always a bit too expensive for my taste.
